【研究方向与科研工作】
长期开展食品毒理学/食品安全健康风险评估研究,并开展药食同源干预研究。主持参与各类科研项目9项。与山东省及济南市疾控中心相关科室协作开展食品毒理学与风险评估研究;与山东省中医药大学附属医院心脏介入中心及心血管病二科协作开展食药同源干预心血管损伤与疾病研究;与烟台龙口市卫健局协作开展食品污染物暴露健康效应研究;与重庆市食品药品检验检测研究院协作开展食品毒理学研究。发表SCI论文30余篇(中科院一区6篇)。
